FLAT RATE SHIPPINGÂ
Flat rate shipping fee of €4 applies to orders below €100. Orders above €100 are eligible for free shipping.
Note: We do not ship outside of Malta and Gozo at this time.

PICK-UP ORDERS
Customers may choose to pick up their orders from our shop at 87, Triq Censu Busuttil, Fgura. No delivery fee will apply to orders selected for pick-up.
Pick-up orders are usually ready within 1–2 hours during business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification confirming that it is available for collection.
Pick-up hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00am–5:00pm.
Orders that remain unpaid and/or are not collected within 10 days of the order being ready for pick-up may be cancelled, unless the customer has informed us in advance of a delay in collecting the order.

DELIVERY TO MALTA
Deliveries within Malta are typically completed within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
The delivery driver will attempt to contact the customer by telephone on the day of delivery to confirm availability. Failure to be available at the confirmed delivery time may result in a delayed or rescheduled delivery, for which outletdirectt.com shall not be held responsible.

DELIVERY TO GOZO
Deliveries to Gozo are fulfilled via Fastdrop and typically require 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
