DELIVERY TO MALTA

Deliveries within Malta are typically completed within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

The delivery driver will attempt to contact the customer by telephone on the day of delivery to confirm availability. Failure to be available at the confirmed delivery time may result in a delayed or rescheduled delivery, for which outletdirectt.com shall not be held responsible.

 

DELIVERY TO GOZO

Deliveries to Gozo are fulfilled via DHL and typically require 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Flat rate shipping fee of €4 applies to orders below €100. Orders above €100 are eligible for free shipping.

Note: We do not ship outside of Malta and Gozo at this time.
